LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Fewer couples getting married in Nevada are contributing to a $2 million drop in state funding for domestic violence and sexual assault programs, according to the Nevada Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence, which is raising concerns about a decades-old funding formula tied to marriage license fees.
