LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The family of a homicide victim said they are frustrated that an arrest has not been made nearly three weeks after the killing. Victor Saganitso, 20, died due to a stab wound to the chest on Oct. 17 on the Moapa River Indian Reservation, according to the Clark County coroner.
