El Zarape Brings an Authentic Mexican Brunch to the East Side

Last weekend, after a morning ride out to Lake Las Vegas, we found ourselves pulling into El Zarape Family Restaurant with one goal in mind: a brunch that was flavorful, satisfying, and comforting without turning the rest of the day into a slow-motion recovery session.

We still had more riding planned, so the meal needed to hit that sweet spot. It had to be filling, memorable, and packed with character, but not so heavy that it would kill our momentum before the day really got going.
