County approves motorcycle jump over Caesars Palace fountains on Las Vegas Strip

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — It’s official: an iconic stunt last performed in 2018 is set to return to the Las Vegas Strip in May as part of the grand opening of a new dayclub.

On Tuesday, Clark County unanimously approved Tao Group Hospitality’s permit request to hold a special motorcycle jump over the fountains at Caesars Palace as part of the opening of Omnia Dayclub.

The Omnia Dayclub & Skybar has been under construction for a while, and according to plans, it will be connected to Omnia Nightclub by a bridge. It is planned to open in May, with a special event planned for the opening.

The event will include a “professionally coordinated motorcycle jump at the Caesars Palace fountains,” which is set to happen around 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 17…
