LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — SoulBelly BBQ opened a new location at Miracle Eats Food Court inside Miracle Mile Shops today, expanding the brand onto the Las Vegas Strip.
Founded in 2021, SoulBelly BBQ has built a reputation for smoked meats, a lively atmosphere, and a focus on bringing people together over food. The Miracle Mile Shops outpost is designed as a fast-casual option, offering barbecue favorites and comfort-focused specialties.
The menu includes house specialties and sandwiches such as the Texas Cheesesteak, made with sliced brisket, peppers, onions, and provolone.
