LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Evictions in Southern Nevada are down from a pandemic-era high, but still among the highest in the country according to data from a Princeton University research group.
Data from Eviction Lab shows more than 42,000 eviction filings in the Las Vegas area over the past year, with an eviction rate of about 11 percent, well above the national average between seven and eight percent.
