LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The family of a local 18-year-old who was hit and killed by an impaired driver has filed a wrongful death lawsuit for the crash that occurred near Arbor View High School a year ago.
According to the complaint, McKenzie Anne Scott was struck and killed while crossing North Buffalo Drive in a marked crosswalk on May 2, 2025.
