Police: man beat fiancée, forced her into car before high-speed chase ends in crash

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — New police documents are shedding light on what happened during a domestic violence incident that led to a crash in west Las Vegas.

A witness contacted police on April 30 at Cactus Joe’s Nursery on Blue Diamond Road after reporting a man, later identified as 27-year-old Rei-Quinn Burnett, who was battering a woman inside a vehicle.
