LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Nevada’s parole board will decide whether former Raider Henry Ruggs should be released on parole later this summer.
Ruggs, 27, is serving a 3- to 10-year prison sentence for a deadly drunk driving crash.

The 8 News Now Investigators had the only television news camera inside the room as Nevada’s Board of Parole Commissioners held a hearing Monday morning about whether Ruggs should be released from prison.
Ruggs pleaded guilty to driving drunk at 156 mph and crashing into a car, killing 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog. The crash happened in November 2021. Prosecutors said Ruggs’ blood-alcohol level was 0.16, which is twice the legal limit…
