Las Vegas reviewing high school crossing guard pilot program

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Families and teachers are hoping that the City of Las Vegas will keep crossing guards at several high schools and make their presence permanent.

High schools across the Las Vegas Valley generally do not have crossing guards, but in a pilot program for the 2025-2026 school year, the City of Las Vegas added crossing guards outside Cimarron-Memorial High School, Arbor View High School, Palo Verde High School, and by October, Clark High School.
