LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — North Las Vegas police released video from the day a police shooting took place that initially started inside a store and ended on a high school campus.

North Las Vegas police released a briefing video that included body-worn camera footage from the shooting, along with photos of the suspect’s recovered firearm.
The shooting took place on May 14 at a Target store located at the 7000 block of 5th Street, when police said they received calls about a “suspicious man who was concealing merchandise inside a backpack,” later identified through court records as Jallel Jenkins-Harris, 21.
When officers arrived at the store and attempted to confront Jenkin-Harris. However, police said he ran out of the store.
