Clark County OKs land use requests, clearing way for One October memorial groundbreaking

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A permanent memorial honoring those killed and affected by the One October mass shooting is moving closer to becoming a reality on the Las Vegas Strip.

Clark County commissioners unanimously approved several land use and development requests, clearing the way for the Forever One Memorial to break ground this fall.

The two-acre memorial will be built on the former Route 91 Harvest Festival grounds…
