The FIFA World Cup 2026 kickoff concert on Miami Beach will officially launch South Florida’s tournament celebrations on June 11, bringing together a live broadcast of the FIFA Opening Ceremony and inaugural match with headline performances from Latin music icon Carlos Vives and internationally acclaimed DJ and producer DJ Cassidy. Hosted directly on the sand at 10th Street and Ocean Drive, the ONE GAME ONE PASSION™ Kickoff Watch Party & Concert will be free and open to the public, marking one of the most ambitious oceanfront civic events ever staged in Miami-Dade County.
Organized by the Miami FIFA World Cup 2026 Host Committee, the event has been designed to capture the energy, diversity and cultural pride that define South Florida as one of 16 host cities for the global tournament. Attendees will experience the FIFA World Cup 2026 opening match in a setting that fuses live sports, music, culture and community against the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean.
An Oceanfront Stage for a Historic Global Moment
The Kickoff Watch Party & Concert will begin at 2:00 PM with the opening of doors, followed at 3:00 PM by the live broadcast of the FIFA Opening Ceremony and inaugural match of the FIFA World Cup 2026 on giant screens installed on the sand. At 6:00 PM, DJ Cassidy will take the stage, followed by Carlos Vives Live at 7:00 PM, leading a musical celebration that reflects the multicultural identity of Miami and the broader South Florida region…
