MIAMI — Brightline has reintroduced multi-ride passes in South Florida, which had been dropped in 2024.
The move to increase frequent-rider use comes as the company continues efforts to address the financial stress that has it facing bankruptcy.
The company now offers 10-, 20-, and 40-ride passes between four city pairs: Miami-Fort Lauderdale, Miami-Boca Raton/West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach, and Miami-Aventura. Pass prices vary by pairing; for West Palm Beach-Fort Lauderdale, they are priced in Smart class at $239 for 10 rides, $319 for 20 rides, and $359 for 40 rides. The latter option works out to about $9 per trip. A 40-ride pass between Miami and West Palm Beach will be $429 in Smart class.
