Tesla is expanding its South Florida footprint with a new showroom and service center coming to Kendall.
The electric vehicle company will open a 45,255-square-foot facility at 8789 SW 117th Avenue, on property owned by Kimco Realty at The Palms at Town & Country. The location is slated to open in late 2026.
The new Tesla will take over a former Toys “R” Us building across the street from the main shopping center. The toy retailer closed the location in 2018, leaving the sizable space vacant for years…
