Lakeview At Naranja — Separate Affordable Housing Development
A 10-story apartment tower with 84 affordable housing units could soon rise at 1708 N. Dixie Highway in Hollywood, where developer Housing Trust Group is pushing forward with plans for a project called The Mosaic. The building would include 103 parking spaces, a swimming pool and a fitness center on a 21,261-square-foot parcel the company has under contract.
Housing Trust Group is acquiring the site from Pro Ven for $2.6 million, according to Florida YIMBY. The outlet reports the 103 parking spots work out to roughly 1.23 spaces per unit, and that the company is an affordable housing developer moving forward with the project.
