A 32-year-old Miami man is facing a first-degree murder charge following the fatal drug overdose of a woman earlier this summer, authorities announced.
Raul Cruz was arrested on Sept. 2 by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s South Florida State Assistance for Fentanyl Eradication (S.A.F.E.) Task Force. He was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Detention Center in West Miami-Dade.
