A Florida mother is accused of burning her 10-year-old daughter while she was tied to a chair for misbehaving, and tried to blame the injuries on a cooking accident.
Gineth Ramirez, 35, is charged with aggravated child abuse with torture.
Investigators responded Sept. 9 to a Hialeah school after the girl made allegations against her mother.
