A man has been arrested for driving under the influence following a crash in Hialeah that left a motorcyclist hospitalized with multiple fractures, police said.
Juan Carlos Rodriguez-Barrera, 61, was arrested on charges of DUI and DUI with damage to property or person, an arrest report said.
