NANAKULI, Oahu (KHON2) — Relief could be on the way for West Oahu drivers who spend hours each week sitting in traffic along Farrington Highway.
State lawmakers have approved $27 million in capital improvement funding for the first phase of a major roadway project designed to reduce congestion and improve safety along one of Oahu’s busiest corridors.
