Moani Waikiki closes its doors this weekend after almost five years in Honolulu

HONOLULU (Island News) – A popular local late-night scene in Waikiki announced that it will be closing its doors after this weekend, after almost five years at the Honolulu location.

Moani Waikiki made the announcement on Wednesday via social media, inviting the public to party with them for one last time.

“We extend our deepest gratitude for the incredible support, loyalty, and love you have shown us throughout the years. While we will close just a few weeks shy of our 5-year anniversary, we are truly thankful for the unforgettable journey we have shared together,” the post read.

Everyone is invited to join in on the final celebration festivities on Friday and Saturday, June 12 and 13, with special performances that will feature local artist Peni Dean; the hours are from 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

“From the bottom of our hearts, mahalo, Hawaii, for being part of the Moani family. We look forward to celebrating with you one final time this weekend,” the post continued…
