HONOLULU (KHON2) — During the summer break, getting ready for the next year is always a priority. This year, especially for schools that are still dealing with flood damage.
“$170 million statewide that we need to help to prepare our schools to ensure that they’re safe and ready to go,” said Keith Hayashi, Hawaii Department of Education superintendent, on the investments made to some recovery efforts.
