23-year-old Kainalu Palik of Honoka‘a, who was arrested and charged with electronic enticement of a child, made his initial appearance in Kona District Court yesterday morning.
During the appearance, Palik’s defense counsel’s request for supervised release was denied and his bail was maintained at $50,000.
