HONOLULU (Live News) — The Hawaii Department of Health – Food Safety Branch issued a red placard and shut down Ocean Dim Sum & Food Company in Honolulu, but the restaurant has been reauthorized to reopen.
During a routine inspection on July 14, July 14, 2026, the DOH noted critical violations including the handwashing sink removed from the kitchen, and food not property labeled with a four-hour discard time.
