HONOLULU (Island News) – Honolulu police are investigating an arson incident after a fire was reported in the Kalihi area on Sunday morning.
According to police highlights, an argument occurred between a 23-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman in the Kalihi area at approximately 4:15 a.m.
