HONOLULU (KHON2) — Two people are dead and four others injured in an overturned UTV incident near Halawa Valley Park on Molokai.
Maui Police Department reported the crash occurred on Saturday, Aug. 8 around 10:57 p.m.

Police said a 20-year-old driver with five passengers, all from Kaunakakai, travelled on a UTV from a dirt roadway onto the paved portion of Kamehameha V Highway when the vehicle swerved, overcorrected and lifted.
While trying to regain control of the UTV, she crossed the road and struck a large tree stump on the north shoulder, which resulted in all six people being ejected, MPD reported…
