HONOLULU (KHON2) — Honolulu Police Chief David Lazar said conversations from the March Kona Lows prepared the department for the impacts of Hurricane Lala.
“We were really able to make a difference this time,” he said. “The officers, members, sworn professional staff of the Honolulu Police Department did outstanding. They really stepped up.”
