Wilson Tunnel lights could remain out for weeks after Lala

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Drivers could be without lights inside the Wilson Tunnel for another two to three weeks following damage from Tropical Storm Lala.

Hawaiian Electric said it is working to repair a transmission line that was damaged by fallen trees during the storm.

The damaged line supplies power to the tunnel’s lighting system…
