HONOLULU (KHON2) — Twenty questions that could change the Honolulu Charter will be on the Nov. 3 ballot for Honolulu voters.
The Charter Commission is tasked with clarifying and identifying inefficiencies in government. It is made up of 13 members who are appointed by the mayor and City Council every 10 years.
