HONOLULU (KHON2) — A federal civil rights case accusing Honolulu Police officers of excessive force against the wrong man, could soon be settled.
The city council is expected to discuss the case behind closed doors next week.
According to the plaintiffs, it was a case of mistaken identity that left Tevita Cadiente seriously injured.
