HONOLULU (KHON2) — ABC Towing and Parts has 24 hours to respond to an order that would force it to halt operations immediately after a Pearl City fire earlier this week.
According to the Department of Health, the cease-and-desist order was issued after officials found hazardous substances at the blaze site.
