WAIPAHU, Hawaii (Island News) – Honolulu Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to an e-bike crash that involved another vehicle, on Paiwa St. in Waipahu. On Saturday, September 14, 2024, at approximately 5:45 p.m., EMS reported that a 15-year-old boy was riding an e-bike when he hit the back of a vehicle.
