Istanbul Hawaii has introduced a new run of spring dishes that take its Mediterranean and Anatolian roots into richer, seasonal territory, according to Star-Advertiser. The lineup includes an Aegean Pearls course with Ostera caviar and Waianae cultured cream, a Manti of the Spring Hearth stuffed with Miyazaki A5 wagyu on a bed of Périgord truffle yogurt, and a Palace Tagine jidori chicken updated with fennel pollen, Kula orange and lemon blossom oil.
