HAWAII KAI, Oahu (KHON2) — For 26 years, Alex Dzierba has lived in his Hawaii Kai home and been through multiple storms. But following the recent string of storms, said he’s been dealing with an unusual pattern, even after the blackouts ended.
“I was concerned that there was a problem with the light fixture, so I started troubleshooting in my house, then I noticed it wasn’t just one on the circuit, but my whole house. Some lights, barely perceptible, but flickering,” explained Dzierba.
