Pop-up assistance center in Waianae helps flood-impacted residents

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – It was a busy day for several agencies at the city’s pop-up community assistance center (CAC) in Waianae, as hundreds of Leeward coast residents impacted by last month’s Kona low flooding came by for help.
