Former Hawaiian Properties manager indicted for allegedly embezzling nearly $650K

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A former property manager is facing multiple charges after he allegedly embezzled nearly $650,000.

Russell Doane, 66, turned himself in to Honolulu police on Sunday for arrest on the strength of a grand jury warrant.

On March 27, an Oahu Grand Jury indicted Doane for allegedly using his position as a property manager at Hawaiian Properties to embezzle $647,061.09 from several homeowner associations.
