HOUSTON (CW39) — Deputies arrested four people, two of them teenagers, after a “teen takeover” in a Spring neighborhood turned into chaos.
According to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, deputies responded to Country Canyon Drive in the Country Lakes Estates neighborhood in Spring around 11:30 p.m. Friday night.
