A man is in jail and charged with murder after reportedly carjacking and killing the vehicle’s owner in north Houston on Saturday afternoon, authorities said.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a call about a carjacking in the 11800 block of Tidwell Road at about 2 p.m.
