Hundreds of new homes are coming to Fulshear as another development pushes forward in one of the Houston area’s fastest-growing communities.
Century Communities announced the opening of Fulshear Junction, a new residential development planned for more than 250 homes near FM 1093 and Polo Ranch Boulevard, about 35 miles west of downtown Houston.
The Colorado-based homebuilder acquired roughly 100 acres for the project in 2024 and broke ground last year, according to Realty News Report.New homes in the community start in the high $300,000s, with six floor plans offering up to five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, according to Century Communities.
