Houston home sales were strongest in the outer suburbs during the second quarter of the year, according to the Houston Association of REALTORS®’ quarterly ZIP Watch.
The ZIP code with the biggest year-over-year increase in home sales last quarter was 77461 — the Needville area in Fort Bend County — followed by 77316 (Montgomery), 77551 (Galveston), 77336 (Huffman), 77327 (Cleveland), 77598 (Webster) and 77306 (Montgomery/Conroe).
Only two ZIPs on HAR’s list were located closer to the city center: 77056 (The Galleria/Tanglewood) and 77508 (Pasadena)…
