Seven months after stepping away from TV news, former ABC13 meteorologist Rachel Briers is returning to Houston television—this time at KPRC 2.
KPRC 2 chief meteorologist Anthony Yanez announced Wednesday that Briers has joined the NBC affiliate’s weather team.
“We are so happy to have Rachel joining us,” Yanez wrote on social media alongside a photo with Briers and meteorologist Caroline Brown. “She’s a talented meteorologist, and a wonderful person. She’ll be on TV and streaming in two weeks. Welcome to the team, Rachel!”
