A driver was arrested after leading officers on a chase and crashing into a ditch in the Baytown area on Friday morning, according to police.
The Baytown Police Department said that at about 7:45 a.m., officers tried to stop a driver near Decker Drive and Craigmont Street after he was seen committing a traffic violation.
