All northbound lanes on the Gulf Freeway at the South Loop have reopened after a hazmat spill, according to Houston TranStar.
Houston TranStar reported that the incident involved one vehicle at about 1:20 p.m. TranStar also reported that the three left northbound lanes were shut down due to the spill.
