HOUSTON – A Houston homeowner who previously turned to 2 Helps You for help with overgrown vegetation along his property is facing another concern — vegetation that is already growing back.
Rudy Garza lives in the 2600 block of North Shady Creek Street in southeast Houston. His home sits next to a Union Pacific rail line where vegetation had become so overgrown that it was pushing up against not only his fence, but also several others.
