A Houston teen was charged Friday with capital murder — a charge that in Texas carries the possibility of the death penalty — after authorities say he fatally shot a 34-year-old man during a meet up to sell property.
Anthony Castro, 17, was arrested and charged with capital murder Friday afternoon, court records show. The fatal shooting occurred Sept. 13, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said on X.
