CLEAR LAKE — Five people were arrested Sept. 21 after investigators located a stolen vehicle at the NASA Boat Ramp and recovered drugs and a handgun, according to the Gulf Coast Auto Crimes Task Force.
The task force, with assistance from its Crime Reduction Unit, K-9 Unit and Major Crimes investigators, received an automated license plate reader alert identifying the stolen vehicle at the boat ramp, according to the task force.
Detectives then established surveillance on the vehicle and identified Anjelica Walkoviak as being in possession and control of it, authorities said. Angelo Galvan and Jacqueline Baker-Perez were also observed inside the vehicle…
