A Texas driver was arrested after deputies found her asleep inside a vehicle sitting in a traffic lane with her 1-year-old child inside, according to a Houston-area constable’s office.
Deputies responded Sept. 16 to the 1100 block of North Sam Houston Parkway West after receiving reports of a woman asleep in a vehicle in a moving lane of traffic, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 said.
