A tropical system is getting better organized in the Gulf and I wanted to give you a Monday evening update and, most importantly, explain what it could mean for Southeast Texas.
Right now, Invest 92L has a 70% chance of becoming a tropical storm in the next two days and an 80% chance over the next seven days. If it does strengthen into a tropical storm, the next name on the list is Isaias (ees-ah-EE-ahs).
More model data will arrive Tuesday, so there is still plenty to watch. But the early guidance is beginning to give us a pretty good idea of where this system is headed…
