HOUSTON (KIAH) – Heavy thunderstorms are expected to develop Thursday afternoon, mostly north of Houston at first, then spreading southward late in the day and into the evening. The Weather Prediction Center has issued a rare “high risk” of flash flooding north of Houston, including places like Huntsville, Livingston and Trinity.
