HOUSTON – Some serious stolen property worth thousands of dollars got into the wrong people’s hands but was recovered thanks to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable deputies. Constable Herman says the thieves actually removed the ammunition but are looking to recover it as part of an ongoing investigation.
